Description: A blend of 100% Arabica Coffee, where the removal of caffeine is done with the ‘swiss water process’ method in which the green beans are first immersed in vertical water, in order to dissolve the components of their oils in it and then are passed through activated carbon filters, several times to bind caffeine.
In the water that remains from this process (green coffee extract), the coffee beans are immersed again, in order to re-absorb the ingredients of their oils and all the taste characteristics that have remained in it, such as the sweet notes of citrus and chocolate.
